The translations don’t really fit in foreign language. Moreover, each company would like to interact with some specific wording, thus it would be really great to admin on admin dashboard the ability to edit the translations.
You should add a “Translation” menu link, and on this page some tabs or submenus for each non-english language, and on this page you have 2 columns : column 1 : the english label, column 2 the field to fill with the wanted translation.
I saw that on many softs and it is perfect to correclty talk to our users.
