I tried using the coupon wheel in my test giveaway. The wheel graphic doesn’t seem to be loading.

Based on my testing, I found that:
Anyone can spin the wheel, even though he/she doesn’t add name and email. This could lead to people keep refreshing the page anonymously to spin the wheel.
Coupon wheelgives you coupon, but didn’t add any entry to the giveaway. This coupon should have some discounts in my system? How does it make giveaway more engaging to participate?Denny Vuong

That is incorrect. If you log in once, it will remember, even if you refresh the page because we save the user’s data in the cookies. Try openining the giveaway in an incognito browser.

No problem! The intended purpose of the Coupon wheel is to offer people who enter your giveaway an “instant” reward, so instead of them waiting to find out if they win the giveaway, they are guaranteed a small prize just for entering the giveaway.
This works best for ecommerce stores where they can generate some coupon codes and let the user get a discount on their store after they enter the giveaway.
What business do you run? Maybe I can suggest something more specific to your business
